  • If you fail to claim your package. You will be required to pay for shipping twice in order to have your order sent a second time. Some couriers charge extra fees to return the item if it could not be delivered. In such cases, the buyer needs to pay these extra charges in addition to the shipping charges for re-shipment of the order.
  • We take utmost care to check and pack items properly. However if you ever come across a damaged shipment during transit, please contact us within 3 days with details and images clearly showing the damaged area.
