Payment Methods

Shipping Methods

We can dispatch products through the following Shipping services:

1. Speed Post (EMS)
Speed Post is a postal Express Mail Service (EMS) provided by India Post for local and international postal/parcel shipments. Speed Post provides End to end tracking facility and the shipments are delivered within 8 to 10 business days world over.

2. Courier Services: Tracking number is provided. The international courier services offer various options for international parcel movement with varying delivery time and customer support. The charges are higher as compared to all other earlier options.

Please Note:

1. We do not ship through modes that do not provide end to end tracking of the shipments.
2. If you have an existing account with any courier company, we can send your items through your account.
3. We ship the items within 4 business days after the payment is received in PayPal.
4. For bulk purchases, the delivery time is worked out and is intimated beforehand to the customers.

4) If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5) Visitors may post reviews and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content.

Tracking Your Orders

You will be sent Tracking Number(s) for your order in the shipping confirmation email. The same information will be available in “My Account” area of your account on our website. The tracking numbers are updated within 24 to 48 hours during normal business days.

You can also use “Order Tracking” option available at the top of each page to check the current status of your order.

Reshipment Policy

Your shipping service generally will make several delivery attempts, and a notice is left if nobody is available to sign for the package. They will hold your package for a few days only. If you fail to claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed.

If you fail to claim your package. You will be required to pay for shipping twice in order to have your order sent a second time.
Some couriers charge extra fees to return the item if it could not be delivered. In such cases, the buyer needs to pay these extra charges in addition to the shipping charges for re-shipment of the order.

Customs Information

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package(s) reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you can contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns Policy

We would like you to be happy with your purchase. So, we ensure that only the best quality items and as per the specification(s) are dispatched. Write to us without hesitation with any doubts you have about the received products. We will help you to get the issues resolved.

Any claims for damaged item(s)/part(s) in shipping must be submitted within (5) business days after the delivery. We will not be responsible for replacement, if notified after (5) business days. Also, please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges.

You may request a replacement for your purchase the following reasons. Make sure to contact us with details within 5 business days.

– We sent the wrong item.
– The item received is defective.
– Major damage in transit that disrupts the item functioning.

How to return an item

– Communicate to us about the issue within the stipulated time frame after you receive the item with the related information & images of the item highlighting the damage/problem.
– Once confirmed from our side, place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box. Ship the package to us. Send us an email providing the shipping details and the details about the item(s)/part(s). You will need a receipt as proof you shipped the package in the event the package is lost.
